When I think about life, I wonder how to tell the story of my life in connection with those who share it with me. My first question is, "When did the story begin?" Then I wonder where the telling of it should start.
It is a cosmic truth that one life is not complete in and of itself. Rather we are all connected to one another and to everything somehow. One does not need to understand this concept in order for it to be true. Truth is existential and will resound clearly when it manifests to the conscious mind. The unconscious mind is always aware of the truth. The lesson in these mortal bodies is to learn how to communicate from the unconscious to the conscious. Let me put it another way for those less science or esoterically minded. We are flesh and spirit. Both bodies make up who we are. The purpose on this planet is to learn to become one so the flesh and the spirit can exist consciously and simultaneously.
Jesus the Christ said it so simply and profoundly. "I and the Father are one." The Father is God, the great I Am that I Am, master of all consciousness, all spirit, all matter, all that is.
Perhaps the story needs to begin there.
Ehyeh asher Ehyeh.
I Am that I Am.
