Progress is slow as we travel

The work of our ministry has escalated so that every waking minute is busy and devoted to the spiritual needs of others that God has put in our path. Currently, we are launching a fund raising campaign since our finances are severely strapped. We have used our personal income to help others but have no funding left in order to continue. Visit Mountain Spirit Productions if you want to read more about the fund raising campaign and our ministerial work. Donations are welcome at all times and graciously appreciated.

As for the novel, progress is slow since we are so involved in spiritual work. Currently, we are on our way to  Santa Monica to attend a special Easter presentation. We are working to help several families with food and shelter for their children as well as launching a fund raiser for a woman who was injured and needs assistance with high medical costs.

On the Wings of Zion is in the formative stages that will move rapidly toward completion in the next three months. I have a lot of research and person to person interviews to complete for this project so bear with me as I anticipate the writing to be a fantastic adventure.

Thank you all for visiting. Please come back for regular updates. I am finishing the full plot development and going into the fourth chapter. I believe the novel with be about twelve chapters in length when it is all finished.

Creation bursts out of earth's ashes

Prophecy talks about the Phoenix rising from the ashes. My dreams showed me that we will rise from the ashes of this earth when it is purified by fire and we will enter the new creation as transformed beings. Eternity is our home where the new heavens and the new earth will shine for millenia. Life will just begin. We are now living in the butterfly cocoon stage. Soon we will emerge in full flight.

We Bought the Domain and New Website

Cephas and I are really super excited about the progress that is happening with the novel I am writing. In case you missed it, the title is "On the Wings of Zion". That is the same name as this blog, the facebook page and email all match. I am branding the story name to discourage others from riding on our thunder. It has taken many years of hard work to get to the point where I am ready to write this story. A large part of it is based on real events and real people. And you guessed it, Cephas and I were two of those people. Now keep in mind, we are only a small part of this grand story. "On the Wings of Zion" encompasses ages and even aeons of time but my written account will fast forward the creation through history to our time.

The gist of the plot is to show how prophecy was written from the beginning and that a Divine Hand has been instrumental in guiding humanity to this portal in time. The end journey will be into eternity on the new earth in the new heavens. My struggle has been in figuring out how to encompass such vast material in order to condense it while merging it with the events of this lifetime in order to get to that portal to eternity. It's one huge story! Monumental!

Join us on the journey home!

I Strive to Develop the Central Plot of the Story

The story idea came to me in a flash almost like the vision that John had when he was given the visions for the seven seals. Then God told John to write what he had seen and heard. Imagine the labor that went into inscribing such fantastic otherworldly visions in the language of John's day in in a way that people could both see, feel and hear.

Now writing On the Wings of Zion is not excactly paramount to the visions of the Apocalypse given to John the Revelator. But it is a crucial work about the man, the visions and the times the prophecy would unfold that is crucial to our world today. In the telling of the story of the revelation of Christ to John the Beloved, I feel a great compelling responsibility to tell this story with a passion that would be equal to that of John's whenever God first opened the heavens to him.

This is my struggle, my work, my passion and the driving first story that I will write in my lifetime.
